What's included?

Consultation

After filling in the enquiry form, you will be added to WhatsApp and we will discuss your situation and your form. We will make sure that we are both on the same page so that the programme perfectly aligns with your goals.

App Download

You will be invited to download my app, where you will have access to your training programme, calendar, workouts, habit tracking and much more!

Training Programme

Your training programme will be unique and tailored to you and your goals and will be. All workouts will have video examples for each exercise.

Smart Watch

Sync your Fitbit, Apple Watch or Garmin to the app and have everything in one place! Tracking your sleep, steps, heart rate and exercise!

Nutrition

You will receive nutritional support and calculated macros if requested allowing you to get the most out of your programme. You can connect your  MyFitnessPal app and have everything stored within my app, tracking your macro progress and me.

Check-Ins

Every week we will have a check-in reflecting on the previous week, we will track progress via photos, *weight/body stats and how you are feeling. We will discuss what is going well and what can be improved, making sure we head into the new week in the best position possible!
